Questions, answered

Before you drop in.

Equipment, waivers, and helpful details for riders and parents.

Still have a question?
01 What is the minimum age?

Riders ages 3 and up are welcome for lessons and ramp rentals. Lessons are adapted to each rider's experience and pace.

02 Are beginners welcome?

Yes. The space and lesson format are designed to give new riders focused attention without the pressure of a crowded skatepark.

03 What equipment should I bring?

Bring your skateboard and protective gear. Skateboarders must wear a properly fitted and fastened helmet, elbow pads, and kneepads throughout their session. Some equipment may be available to borrow; contact Jackie before arriving to check availability and gear requirements.

04 Do parents need to stay?

Parents are welcome to stay, but are not required to. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for any rider under 18 before the rider participates.

05 How do rentals work?

Reserve the ramp for 60 or 120 minutes for individual practice, a parent and child, or a group of up to 5 riders. Jackie is present during ramp rentals. Every rider needs a signed waiver and must follow the protective equipment requirements and facility rules.

06 How do scheduling and payment work?

Select an available time in the scheduler above. Pay when you arrive using cash, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo.

07 What waiver and safety rules apply?

Bring a signed waiver or complete a copy provided when you arrive, before riding. Adults sign for themselves; a parent or legal guardian signs for participants under 18. Follow posted rules and staff instructions, wear the required protective gear, and ride within your ability. Read the full waiver (PDF, 6 pages) for the risks, including serious injury, and medical consent terms.

08 What if I need to cancel or arrive late?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Contact Jackie if your plans change. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.

09 What is video replay for?

Video replay lets riders watch their runs while they are at the facility.
